These materials are full of natural character — subtle colour variations, markings, and tiny air pockets are part of the look, not flaws. Clean with mild soap and water only, and re-wax with a paraffin-based stone wax within two months of purchase, then every six months depending on use. Always use coasters and felt pads, and avoid direct contact with hot items or acidic foods. Cover or store indoors during winter or inclement weather.

Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
