At Zin Home, most in-stock furniture ships within 3–4 weeks, while smaller items typically arrive in about 2 weeks.
Each order is handled with care to ensure safe delivery — balancing speed with quality.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and not assembled.
Please note that custom, clearance, or upholstered pieces (sofas, sectionals, chairs, beds) are non-returnable.
Returns must be authorized via info@zinhome.com before shipping the item back.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and product and contact us within 48 hours.
You may choose to keep the item with a discount or receive a replacement.
We’ll handle all claims promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

“Special Order” items are custom-built or imported per request — made just for you.
Because of their personalized nature, these items cannot be canceled after 24 hours and are non-returnable.
Typical delivery time:
Domestic items: 4–6 weeks
Imported pieces: 8–10 weeks
