How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Special order and custom items may take 6–10 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once the order has shipped or entered production, cancellation is no longer possible. Please email info@zinhome.com for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product to assist with the replacement or refund process.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For international delivery inquiries, please email info@zinhome.com.

Are all items returnable?

Most items can be returned within days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Custom, clearance, and special order items are non-returnable.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Each product is covered by the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product category.
