Care

X (Vacuum or Light Brush Only), Wipe leather furniture down regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn patches of dust, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water. Do not let water soak into the leather. We recommend vacuuming leather regularly using the upholstery attachment and crevice tool of your vacuum. If a spill occurs, immediately blot the fabric with a clean, absorbent towel. We do not recommend using any detergents, polishes, waxes, aerosol sprays, or harsh cleaning products not specifically designed for use on leather.We recommend applying felt pads or protective glides to legs before use to prevent damage to flooring surfaces.

Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
