Care

Dust regularly with a clean, dry microfibre cloth and vacuum seams with the upholstery attachment to remove hidden grit. Blot spills immediately, working from the outside in — for grease spots, skip the water, as they'll gradually blend into the leather over time. Keep leather away from direct sunlight, heat, and AC vents to prevent fading and cracking. Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
