Item not what you expected? For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Please note, initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Please also note, orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return. PLEASE FULLY INSPECT YOUR ITEM(S) AND NOTATE ANY IRREGULARITIES ON THE DELIVERY COMPANY'S PAPERWORK PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER. We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
