Monet Lounge Chair

The Monet lounge chair was designed in 2005 by Sika-Designs 3rd generation Louise Andreasen. The lounge chair is inspired by drawings made by 1st generation Ankjær Andreasen, found in our archives dating back to the 1960s. The Monet Chair is a high-backed lounge chair with an eye-pleasing silhouette and the natural rattan chair is expertly crafted by skilled artisans. Named for the famous French landscape artist, the design features scenic rolling forms with a gently curved back and arms that seamlessly swoop around to form the chair front. Beautifully crafted with extra touches like a herringbone weave on the arms add to the comfort and pleasing aesthetic of this distinctive chair. The natural rattan back flexes providing exceptional seating comfort. A matching footstool is available.

Materials & Care

Rattan requires no maintenance but can be wiped with a lightly dampened cloth if needed.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
