Item not what you expected? For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Please note, initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
