Vacuum or lightly brush frequently to remove dust and grime. Spot clean with a water-based cleaning agent, such as mild detergent, and pretest a small area. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent white cloth. Dust with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid abrasive cleaners. Cover or store indoors during winter or inclement weather. Ensure fabric is dry to prevent mildew during storage. We recommend using outdoor furniture covers and professional cleaning for stubborn stains.

Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
