Care

Wipe concrete down regularly with water, followed by a household spray of one part bleach and two parts water. Leave the spray on for 5 minutes and then wipe down with water again. If a spill occurs, immediately clean it up using a mild soap and water. For more aggressive spills, use a household spray of one part bleach and two parts water on the entire surface to be cleaned. We do not recommend using traditional heavy acid cleaners which are designed for commercial use and are too corrosive for concrete furniture.

Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
