Item not what you expected? For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Please note, initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Please also note, orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return. We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
