Avoid placing or dragging sharp objects across the surface. Do not place hot items or adhesives on the surface. Keep away from oils and acidic substances. Use placemats and coasters. Wipe spills immediately. Hairline cracks may appear but will not affect structural integrity. Clean with a mild soap and water solution; avoid abrasive cleaners. Apply a layer of wax every 3 to 6 months. It is outdoor-safe, but should be covered or stored indoors during inclement weather. Use a tenting device (e.g., support pole, table riser) when covered. Remove vases, candles, or planters during rain. Use risers to ensure items do not sit in water. Bring indoors during extreme freezing conditions.

Freight Returns & Delivery Inspection

For items shipped via freight, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item, less a 14% restocking fee and any return shipping charges. Alternatively, choose to receive a store credit to get a full refund, minus only the 14% restocking fee. Initial shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders delivered via White Glove service are not eligible for return.

Please fully inspect your item(s) and note any irregularities on the delivery company's paperwork before signing for your order. If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
