I love this ottoman. Unlike in the photos, in real life you sort of see the slats underneath of the leather, which would not be a problem if one did not come with a broken screw. I am going to contact the customer service to see if they can remedy this by sending us a new base. I worry that the sharp end of the broken screw will tear the leather (not to mention the esthetics). With that aside, the ottoman looks amazing.
